If you have set up the app on your phone in "Child" mode and all of your apps and information is appearing in the dashboard - don't worry, this happens and the fix is simple.

What you need to do is stop the apps on both devices and setup again.

To stop the app on your parental phone that is in "Child" mode:

Open the Safe Lagoon app
Open the app Settings menu - on the upper right there is a gear ⚙ icon
Enter your password and once in - tap "Stop App"
Then begin set up again on your parental device in "Parent" mode

On your child's phone - set up the app again in "Child" mode and select their profile as you set up.

If you have not created a profile, create one by pressing the + button when prompted.
